The program innovated with the creation of an original social technology – called Social Residence. In the context of one of the mandatory activities, the social residency promotes a training exchange in the form of living in communities of practice, oriented to the social management of territorial development. These are organizations and interorganizations engaged in solving problems analogous to those that structure student management technology.
Each student selects the aimed organization, plans and carries out their residency in another country or region of Brazil. Residencies have already been carried out in more than 75 countries on five continents by the students of the program.
